Virtua tennis 4 configuration file missing corrupt

Hi, I downloaded and installed Virtua Tennis 4 PC version yesterday but I'm unable to launch the game due to a fatal error. The error message is, "Configuration file is either corrupt or missing. Please restart Virtua Tennis 4 launcher". Before I signed in microsoft game account via Virtua Tennis 4, there was no error message and I could start Virtua Tennis 4 and play "without save" mode without any problems.

I have switchable graphics on my laptop intel and M GTX , In the configuration setup I am able to see only the intel graphics, so I disabled M in the device manager and it worked.

I guess the problem is "It is looking for intel , but the laptop is switching to M while starting the game hence "missing or corrupted configuration file".
